Abraham Hicks Virtual Reality

It’s the start of a new week!

Abraham Hicks Virtual RealityThis means it’s time for another exercise from Abraham-Hicks.  It’s called Virtual Reality and it’s best done when you’re between 1 and 8 on the Emotional Guidance Scale.

1. Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/Love/Appreciation
2. Passion
3. Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness
4. Positive Expectation/Belief
5. Optimism
6. Hopefulness
7. Contentment
8. Boredom

In other words, you’re feeling good and you want to practice a vibration of allowing.  What is “allowing”?  Abraham defines it in The Law Of Attraction like this…

I am that which I am, and I am pleased with it, joyful in it.  And you are which you are, and while it is different perhaps from that which I am, it is also good.  Because I am able to focus upon that which I want, even if there those differences between us that are dramatic, I do not suffer negative emotion because I am wise enough not to focus upon that which brings me discomfort.  I have come to understand, as I am one who is applying the Art of Allowing, that I have not come forth into this physical world to get everyone to follow the “truth” that I think is the truth.  I have not come forth to encourage conformity or sameness – for I am wise enough to understand that in sameness, in conformity, there is not the diversity that stimulates creativity.”

The Virtual Reality exercise is perfect for when you have some extra time (weekend morning, waiting for an appointment, sitting in traffic) and you wish to spend it in a pleasant way.  I love to do this when I first wake up in the morning, while I’m still laying in bed enjoying the stillness of the day.

DO NOT do this exercise in an attempt to fix something that is broken.

Most people are simply responding to things, people, and conditions that are already in their life so they continue to attract more of the same.  While it might feel counter intuitive, we must change our vibration, so that things, people and conditions can change.

This exercise will help you to move beyond what you’re currently attracting.

So what you want to do is deliberately activate a scene in your mind that makes you smile.  As you practice visualizing pleasant scenes in your mind, these good feeling vibrations can then become your new set point, and then the Law of Attraction will match your vibration.

When we feel good we are in receiving mode.

There is nothing more important than feeling good, so grab every free moment and create images that make you feel good.
